If you have any issues with your purchase please send us an email to dollclothesbyvickie@comcast.net. If your product(s) is damaged please take a photo and include it with your message and we will try and send you a replacement item(s). As some of them may be the only one left, I can't guarantee that I can find the same material. We will try and work something out with you. Please contact us if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it yet.
Refund Policy
- We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes item(s) purchased just don't work out, we do except the return of unwashed and undamaged item(s).
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your item(s). After this time frame, your item(s) will not be eligible for a return.
- If item(s) is returned in a damaged fashion, you forfeit your ability to get a refund.
- We do not exchange on our end.
